Our Rugby Camp offers girls and boys aged 7 - 12 the chance to experience a fast-paced, exciting, and fun brand of rugby in a safe and supportive environment.
Through skill-building games and engaging drills, the Rise Performance Camp helps young athletes unlock their potential on the rugby field while improving overall skills, athletic ability, and confidence to support success in all sports. It’s youth sport at its most fun! Catch & Pass: Learn how to catch and pass the ball with good technique so you can help your team keep the game moving and have fun playing together.
The Program
Evasion Skills: Practice fun footwork drills to dodge defenders, find space, and move with confidence on the field.
Safe Body Positioning: Understand how to use the right body position in games and drills to stay safe and play your best during contact or teamwork situations.
Running Technique: Work on how to run properly with the ball, focusing on good form to help you move faster and stronger.
Speed & Agility: Play games and do drills that help you become quicker on your feet so you can move around defenders and make awesome plays.

Our Junior Rugby Camp gives boys and girls aged 13 to 17 the opportunity to take their game to the next level in a dynamic, challenging, and supportive environment.
Designed to develop rugby-specific skills, game awareness, and overall athletic performance, this camp combines high-energy drills, team strategy, and competitive play—all while keeping the spirit of fun and sportsmanship alive. Whether you're aiming to improve for school rugby or club-level competition, the Rise Performance Camp is the place to grow, learn, and unleash your full potential on the field.
The Program:
Strength and Conditioning: build functional strength, speed, agility, and endurance, while also teaching injury prevention and recovery techniques. This isn’t just gym work—it’s smart, age-appropriate training that translates directly to on-field performance. Perfect for young players who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident in their game.
Catch & Pass: Hone your ability to catch and pass with precision and accuracy, whether under pressure or when receiving high balls, to keep the ball circulating smoothly within your team.
Evasion: Master the art of evading defenders, as well as creating and identifying space on the field through agile footwork and strategic moves.
Correct Body Positioning: Grasp the significance of maintaining proper body positioning during contact situations and set-pieces to gain an advantage over opponents and ensure their safety.
Running Mechanics: Fine-tune your running mechanics and technique to optimize speed, power, and efficiency while carrying the ball.
Speed and Agility: Enhance your speed, agility, and explosiveness to outmaneuver opponents and make game-changing plays.
